Didn’t Receive Your Amazon Order? Here’s What You Can Do!
If you have a recent Amazon Order that was never received, you can file a claim to get a refund. A while back, I promoted an offer for a Shark Pet Bed. Unfortunately, the items were never received and the original seller has since left Amazon.
The good news is that Amazon backs all of their orders and they will refund you for this purchase. If you need to file a claim for a purchase that was never received, here is what you need to do.
Step One:
Visit Amazon.com and click on “Your Orders”. This will bring up all current and past purchases that you have made on Amazon.
Step Two:
Scroll down until you find the order in question. Then, click on File/View Claim.
Step Three:
File a Claim for this order. Select the “Reason for this Claim” form the drop down box. State that your order was never received and indicate that you would like a full refund for your purchases. After you complete the form, click “Submit Claim” at the bottom of the page.
According to the Amazon A-Z Guarantee, all purchases are guaranteed when they are made on the Amazon website. The condition of the item, and its timely delivery are guaranteed under the Amazon A-Z Guarantee.
Amazon A-Z Claims are generally resolved within 14 days of filing a claim.
If you have any additional questions, or if you need assistance filing your claim, please let me know and I would be happy to help.
