My husband came up with this recipe back when we were dating and we have been making it ever since. I remember asking him to make it all the time. One day, he showed me how easy it really is.
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp ground ginger
2 heads romaine lettuce
Step 1: Clean and cube one pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Step 2: Place chicken in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tsp ground ginger.
Step 3: Place chicken in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to marinade
Step 4: Cook chicken in a pan on medium heat until lightly browned and cooked through. Allow chicken to cool before arranging your salad.
Step 5: Arrange lettuce in a bowl. Top with chicken. Serve with your favorite salad dressing and toppings. I like ranch dressing and cashews.
