For the second time in 2 weeks, Tops has not credited my bonus gas points. It happened last week, and again today. Bought the required items, but didn’t get the gas points. Is it just coincidence, or are they playing games and hopint the customers don’t notice? Is this happening to anyone else??
Take your receipt to customer service. They have a special trigger then can scan to add the points onto your card. Good luck!
